Important Information

• Visitors are not allowed to bring food, beverages & Alcohol into Aquaventure.
• Atlantis Aquaventure is a shallow water facility. Please enter all pools and attractions feet first for your safety. •Diving is not permitted anywhere.
• Selfie sticks or other extension devices are not permitted on any rides.
• If unaccompanied by an adult, children must be at least 13 years old to enter Aquaventure Waterpark. To ensure the safety of our guests, access to certain rides are restricted to those over 1.2m. All people over 1.2m are required to purchase an adult ticket.

Child policy

• Children below 1.2 metres height & below 7 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children age under 3 years will be allowed free of charge.
• Children 8 years and above 1.2 metres height will be considered as adult and charged adult rate

Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundble
• Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
• Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Refunds refunded into the wallet balance will be transferred immediately and can only be used in the DoJoin App or website.
• Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
